Socials by Rachel is not a one-size-fits-all content shop. From our first call to every monthly check-in, I'm learning what actually brings you inquiries and adjusting as your business grows. Your content should sound like you and look like the caliber of work you do, and that only happens when someone is paying attention.

Your business deserves more than scheduled posts from someone who has never been in the room. I'm a wedding photographer, so I know what your season looks like and I know what makes a couple stop scrolling. I care about your business booking out, and I put in the work weekly to make that happen.

PERSONAL, CUSTOMIZED, AND BUILT AROUND YOUR EXACT BUSINESS

Lets work together

My packages handle the content and strategy that keep you visible and get you in front of the right people, so you can focus on the work you're actually there to do.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT PACKAGES

01 — THE PRESENCE
$950/month

Where you are now: Your work is beautiful and your feed doesn't prove it. You post when you have a spare hour, usually a gallery dump with a caption you wrote in the car, and then three weeks go by. You know it's costing you something, you just can't tell how much.

Where this takes you: A feed that finally looks like the caliber of work you actually do, running consistently without you thinking about it. Couples land on your profile and immediately understand who you are and what booking you would feel like.

What's included

  • 3 posts per week — Reels, carousels, and feed posts, planned and scheduled at your best-performing times
  • Captions written in your voice with keyword strategy so the right couples find you
  • 4 made-for-you Stories per month, built from your galleries and ready to post
  • Vendor and venue tagging on every post, so your work reaches the couples already following the people you shoot alongside
  • Monthly content calendar to review and approve before anything goes live
  • Instagram audit and content direction built around your actual positioning
  • Monthly performance report with what's working and what we're changing
  • Your own Notion hub where your strategy, content calendar, and full content library live in one place
02 — THE STANDOUT
$1,800/month

Where you are now:
You're posting more than you used to, and it still feels like shouting into a room where nobody turns around. Inquiries come in waves you can't predict. You don't have time to answer comments, follow up in DMs, or keep up with whatever the algorithm decided to reward this month.

Where this takes you: A presence that's working even on the weeks you're shooting Friday through Sunday. Your feed stays consistent, your Stories keep you in front of the people already following you, and someone is actually in your DMs building relationships with the couples and vendors who send business your way.

What's included

  • 4 posts per week — Reels, carousels, and feed posts, planned and scheduled at your best-performing times
  • Captions written in your voice with keyword strategy so the right couples find you
  • Stories 3–4 days per week, built from your galleries and behind-the-scenes, plus monthly prompts for what to film yourself
  • Engagement 3x per week — comments, DMs, and outreach to the couples and vendors in your market
  • Vendor and venue tagging on every post, so your work reaches the couples already following the people you shoot alongside
  • Trend and audio monitoring, adjusted monthly around what's actually performing for you
  • Monthly content calendar to review and approve before anything goes live
  • Instagram audit and content direction built around your actual positioning
  • Monthly performance report and a strategy call to walk through it together
  • Inquiry-response support, so nothing sits unanswered while you're shooting
  • Your own Notion hub where your strategy, content calendar, and full content library live in one place
03 — THE BOOKED-OUT
$2,900/month

Where you are now:
You're not trying to stay afloat, you're trying to be the name people say first. But your Instagram is the only place your work lives, and it disappears in a day. Meanwhile the couples planning next year's wedding are pinning inspiration for months before they ever open Instagram.

Where this takes you: Your work showing up in both places couples actually plan — the feed where they fall in love with you, and the search engine where they find you six months before they're ready to book. Every post is worked, every inquiry is answered, and you're the vendor she screenshots and sends to her planner.

What's included

  • 5 posts per week — Reels, carousels, and feed posts, planned and scheduled at your best-performing times
  • Captions written in your voice with keyword strategy so the right couples find you
  • Pinterest management — 20 pins per month, board strategy, and keyword optimization so your work keeps working long after it posts
  • Stories 3–4 days per week, built from your galleries and behind-the-scenes, plus monthly prompts for what to film yourself
  • Daily engagement and full DM management
  • Vendor and venue tagging on every post, so your work reaches the couples already following the people you shoot alongside
  • Trend and audio monitoring, adjusted monthly around what's actually performing for you
  • One content day per quarter, so you're never out of raw material
  • Monthly content calendar to review and approve before anything goes live
  • Instagram and Pinterest audit and content direction built around your actual positioning
  • Monthly performance report with biweekly strategy calls
  • Priority response
  • Your own Notion hub where your strategy, content calendar, and full content library live in one place

Mostly from you — your galleries, your past work, your behind-the-scenes footage. Part of my job is pulling the gold out of what you already have and making it work harder. If you're running low on material, we can add a content day or I will give you a shot list so all you have to do is press record: I do all the thinking.

WHERE DOES THE CONTENT COME FROM?

Not at all! I work with wedding photographers, videographers, florists, planners, and venues. If your business runs on couples finding you and falling in love with your work, we're probably a great fit.

Not a wedding vendor? Reach out! I love jumping into new industries and discovering how to help you increase your visibility and reach your goals.

DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH PHOTOGRAPHERS?

I ask for a 3-month minimum so we have real time to build momentum — one month tells us nothing. After those initial 3 months you move to month-to-month and can cancel with 30 days notice. Super simple.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL? WHAT IS THE INITIAL COMMITMENT?

Frequently asked questions

We start with a discovery call to make sure we're the right fit. From there I audit your account, learn your voice, and build your strategy before anything posts — so when we hit the ground running, I actually know the ground we're running on.

WHAT DOES THE ONBOARDING PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

Nothing posts without your approval. You'll review the plan before I build it and the finished content before it goes live, with a round of revisions at each stage so nothing goes out that doesn't feel like you.

DO I HAVE TO APPROVE EVERYTHING?

Instagram is home base. I also manage Pinterest, which is where couples are planning long before they open Instagram. However, it's best to start with one platform, that being Instagram, and master its strategy before diving into every other social platform.

WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU WORK WITH?

I keep my client load limited on purpose. When I'm working with you, I'm actually working with you, not spreading myself thin across dozens of accounts. This isn't a volume business. It's a partnership, and I treat it that way.

HOW MANY CLIENTS DO YOU TAKE ON AT A TIME?

If your work is better than your feed is telling people, you're ready. If content is the first thing that falls off when you get busy, or you're posting without any real sense of what's bringing inquiries in, that's exactly what I'm here for.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M READY FOR THIS KIND OF SUPPORT?
