When the opportunity came to support a photographer who had grown into education and coaching, I said yes. And somewhere in the middle of helping her business run, I found what I was actually meant to do.

I started By Ritter because I genuinely love being the person behind the scenes — the one who keeps things organized, catches what falls through the cracks, and helps a business actually run the way it should. Working alongside coaches, course creators, and creatives feels like home. I'm passionate about people's growth — personally and professionally — and there's nothing better than championing someone who is out there doing the same for others in a big way.

When I'm not grinding away on my computer and getting into the backend of small businesses, you'll find me either playing with my puppy, reading a good book with an iced coffee, cheering on the Minnesota Wild, or spending time with Jesus and my women's small group. Entrepreneurship has given me the freedom to live a life that is full of color, joy, and space to serve and do things that feel deeply meaningful - that is what I want to help you do!

01. Reach out and inquire

We hop on a call and just talk. I want to hear about your business, what's feeling heavy, and what you actually need. This is where you get to ask me everything and I get to make sure I'm genuinely the right fit for you. No hard sell, I promise.

02. Discovery call

If we're both feeling it — and I really hope we are — I'll send over your contract and invoice. Sign, pay, and just like that, your backend has someone in it who cares.

03. Make things officially official

This is where I really start learning your business. We go through everything — your systems, your clients, your preferences, the way you like things done. I take a lot of notes. This call is important and I don't take it lightly.

04. Onboarding call

I get in and get to it. You start handing things off and I start handling them. It might feel a little weird at first — letting go usually does. But that's okay. I've got it.

05. The work gets started

One month in we pause and talk about how it's going. What's working, what we want to adjust, how you're feeling. This is a partnership and I want to make sure it actually feels like one.

06. First check in
